The sushi grade tuna is encased in wonton wrappers, flash-fried, and served with wasabi and soy-lime dipping sauce.  The braised short ribs are slow cooked for six hours until they reach fall-off –the-bone tenderness and served with crispy onions, gnocchi, and blue cheese.

For dinner, enjoy the hand selected diver scallops from New Bedford, Massachusetts. Seared to perfection, they are served over a creamy risotto with Mitake mushrooms and drizzled with black truffle oil.
